Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
- Refunds, Returns or Exchanges accepted for 14 days.
- Returns and exchanges must be in new / unused condition unless the product left the store in a defective state.
- Receipt is required.
- No returns, refunds, or exchanges can be issued on plants.

We do not offer returns or exchanges.
Cancelations
We accept cancelations before an item has been shipped.
Refunds
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Item Lost in the Mail
If an order is lost in the mail by the postal service, please contact us with proof from your tracking number that the item never arrived and we will send a replacement as soon as possible.
Stolen Items
It is your responsibility to ensure that your order is delivered to a safe and secure location. After an item has been marked as delivered to your address, Fern and Skye is no longer held accountable for it.
